We first do a Pre-Interview where we discuss your goals and expectations, we discuss your background and we go through your list of questions together. We then do some Visualization Exercises to show you how easy it is to visualize. We then go through the Induction, where I guide you to relax and be in a state of allowing. I then guide you to the Past/Present/Future Life- whatever your Higher Self wants you to experience. Afterwards we ask yourHigher Self the questions you brought with you. Afterwards I count you back and we discuss what went on in the Post-Interview or Debrief.
What if I find it hard to visualize?
Visualizing is easy and I will guide you how. But it is helpful to know that not all are visual and there are some who have other intuitive abilities that are more dominant. Here is a guide of 4 different major intuitive abilities:
Clairvoyant - can see and visualize clearly Clairaudient - can hear clearly Clairsentient - can feel clearly, having the ability to receive messages through feelings or physical sensations Claircognizant - clear knowing, you don't know how you know, you just know that you do
For example, you find it hard to 'see' but you can clearly feel or hear something, that is perfectly ok. I will still be able to guide you to experience a past life and connect with your Higher Self.
How many lifetimes will I see or experience?
The number of lives you will get to experience all depends on what your Higher Self wants to show you. It is not me who is in the driver seat here. I am merely facilitating the session and guiding you so you can relax and connect with your Higher Self. It is truly your Higher Self who is in charge during the session. It can be only one or it can be as much as 5-7. It all depends on what you are ready to process at this point in your life and also the questions you have at the moment. Normally, most people access anywhere from 1-3 lives although some are what we call 'leapfroggers' which means they jump from one lifetime to another.
Will I experience only past lives?
Again, this depends on what your Higher Self wants to show you and your questions. Some people see and experience their present lifetime, scenes from their childhood as those hold the answers to their questions. Some experience being in the womb or prior to coming in the womb. Some see and experience future lives or in-between lives as spirit or energy.
Does everyone see a past life on Earth?
No, Some have come straight from Source and some have come from other planets or dimensions who came here on a mission.
Will I experience lifetimes as other forms of being?
Yes you may. Some have been trees, animals, insects. Some have been planets, a mountain, or the ocean. Some have had past lives not on Earth such as extra terrestrials and some are simply energies and have no form.
What does it feel like to go into trance?

Will I lose control?
No you will not lose control and I will never take advantage of you. This is a common misconception about hypnosis. You will always be in control and I will always ask your permission before proceeding. Trance is actually a natural state we all go through periodically throughout the day.
What if I don't go under or not deep enough?
Dolores has always maintained that the level of trance does not equate with the level of healing. And healing is what you come for so it is not necessary to be very deep in trance for healing to take place.
There are 4 main types of brain waves: Beta - you are in your conscious waking state Alpha - you are in a light level of trance Theta - you are in a deep level of trance Delta - you are already asleep
We will strive to go to the Theta state which is the deep state of trance just before you fall asleep. But as Dolores maintained, even if the person is in Alpha or even Beta, healing can still occur.
What if I fall asleep?
That is fine, no need to worry about falling asleep as I will know how to pull you back up to Theta. Some clients are very worried that they may start snoring or drooling, this will cause them to find it harder to relax. If you do fall asleep, it may mean that you are sleep deprived and in this case I will simply let you sleep for a few minutes. Afterwards I will bring you back up. There is no need to worry, just allow and relax. If you fall asleep, that is what is meant to happen. After a few minutes, I will bring you back up from Delta to Theta state.
What if I start speaking in other languages?
This is possible and I have seen it already a few times. There were a few occasions when the client in another life started speaking in an alien language. When this happens, it is important not to get scared as this will take you out of trance. If I really cannot understand something I will ask your Higher Self what it means.
What do I need to do during the Higher Self part?
There is nothing to do except to relax and allow, Your Higher Self already knows what is in your heart. Just simply trust that your Higher Self will know what to do. Some clients ask 'do I need to open my mouth? be in a certain position so I can channel my Higher Self better?' Nope, there is no need, the Higher Self will know what to do. Just allow and flow. It is very important to answer with the first thing that comes to you, the very first impression you feel, sense or know.
Who or what is my Higher Self?
Your Higher Self is you, it is the bigger part of you. If you are let's say 5'5" tall, imagine that your Higher Self is 10 feet tall. It is a taller version of you and because it's tall- it has a different perspective. It can see from a much higher perspective, it can see the big picture. It can see all your previous lives and even your future lives. It is also the part of you that is big, expansive and wise. That is why we will call and connect with it to get the answers to your questions. But truly it is you and that is why sometimes some clients say they feel as if it was them speaking, because really your Higher Self and you are one.
What is the difference between my Higher Self and my angels or guides?
Your Guardian Angels or Spirit Guides are assigned to help you during this lifetime only. They have no access to your past or future lives and are focused on helping you with your current lifetime.
What if my Conscious Mind keeps coming up?
It is important to relax and flow and not to judge, analyze or rationalize what you see or sense. When you judge or analyze, it puts you back in your left brain or logical mind and it will be harder for you to visualize. If the Conscious Mind comes up though or you feel some resistance from it, it is important to let me know.
What if I cannot keep or hold the images, I see something then it fades quickly?
Initially, images may be fuzzy, foggy or unclear, do know that they will clear up the more you speak. If you find the images quickly fade then let me know right away what you see. There is no need to wait for me to finish speaking before you report what you see and experience.
How can I make the most out of this session?
My role here is that of a 'private investigator', guiding you through questions of what you see and experience. Your role is that of a 'reporter' who is objectively reporting to me what you are seeing and experiencing. Again, it is very important to tell me the first thing that comes to your mind and not to judge or analyze what you see.
Examples of judging: One client sees herself as a male in a past life and carrying a gun... she did not report this as she could not believe the possibility of being a 'murderer' before. It could be the opposite as well where in a client experiences life as Cleopatra but is too overwhelmed by the thought of being such an important person or having a big role. It is important to be objective and just relay to me what you see and experience.
Are there any other special preparations I need to do prior to our session?
It would help to avoid intoxicants like alcohol or recreational drugs a week prior to our session. Also, to avoid drinking coffee on the morning of our session. If you really need to take coffee, please opt for decaf instead. It is also helpful to avoid watching too much TV or surfing the internet the night before. It is optimal to get plenty of rest and sleep the night before so try going to bed by 10pm.
Some people find it helps them better to visualize without food in their stomachs so if you feel like fasting during the morning of the session, you may do that. If you do eat breakfast, keep it light and have it early.
What if I am taking medication?
Please let me know right away if you are taking any medication especially for depression. Depending on the type of medication, I may ask you to not take them on the morning of the session.
Please refrain from ingesting sacred plants such as cannabis, magic mushrooms, ayahuasca, san pedro, iboga a week before our session. If you have taken them in the past few weeks, please let me know.
Please let me know also if you are taking other forms of recreational drugs such as lsd, cocaine, ecstasy, mdma, shabu or heroin.
What if I don't have any experience with meditation or hypnosis?
That is ok, you don't need to have experience with meditation or hypnosis to have a successful session. But if you are interested to try them you may use the guided meditation in the Resources page to help you relax.
Also, meditating in silence a minimum of 10-15 minutes per day can be really beneficial, or you can use the following YouTube nature sounds with headphones to help reduce outside noise interference:
What if I don't believe in Past Lives or Reincarnation?
You don't need to believe in reincarnation to have a successful session. If you are open and willing to try, that is all that is needed for you to experience a past life. Many of the people who come to me are Catholics who believe in the Bible which does not mention of past lives, and yet they still had successful sessions. It does not matter what your religion or belief system is as long as you're open-minded. It is very helpful though to make an intention to have a successful session and to receive the maximum healing you can.
What If I am conscious during the session?
According to Dolores, there are 3 types of clients:
1. Somnambulistic - client is not aware of what happened, totally gone and when they wake up they can hardly remember what took place, this is quite rare 2. Conscious - there is awareness during the session, this is becoming more and more common since 2012, more people are becoming aware of their multidimensionality hence they are aware that they are lying on a bed inside a room while still being able to experience being in another dimension 3. Combination - you are half conscious and can remember some parts of what happened, this is the most common type
According to Dolores, it does not matter which type you are as the most important thing is the healing that is taking place. It is important not to stress out whether you will remember what took place- that is why we have an audio digital recording of the session. It is simply not possible to remember every tiny detail you saw or experienced as some sessions last for 2 hours and for some even more.
Knowing that you will get a recording of our session will allow you to relax and go with the flow rather than worrying about whether you will remember that beautiful insight or message from your Higher Self.
Know that the recording is sent only to you and you will have the sole access to it. I will not share or divulge to anyone what went on during the session.
What if I feel like going to the bathroom in the middle of the session?
That is ok and that has happened quite a bit. We are all trained to handle this, I will simply pause the session and assist you to go to the bathroom and once you are done, we will resume. With so much healing taking place it is quite normal for your system to release and flush out built up energies and even toxins and these can manifest as going to the bathroom, crying and for some even vomiting.
Can the session be done online?
Yes, I have facilitated online sessions in the past but I have to screen you first to see if you are a good candidate for an online session. If you are fearful, overly nervous or do not believe that an online session can work, then you are not a good candidate. We also need to check if your bandwidth can handle an online session.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask my Higher Self?
Yes, you may ask up to 10 questions. I recommend sitting down and really allocating time for you to ponder what you feel are most important to ask. I also suggest putting them in the order of the most important to the least important. The quality of your questions also can affect the session. You may check to see if the questions are fear-based.
Do I need to send you my list of questions and requests?
No, there is no need to. Just bring them on the day of our session. We will go through them together so there is no need for me to get them in advance. It is advisable to write them down clearly and legibly. If you typed it up, please bring the print out copy. Please don't bring your list on a device such as your phone or tablet.
Can I bring someone along with me?
Yes you may, but understand that they cannot be in the room during the session proper. They can accompany you here and spend time outside or in the campus while waiting for us to finish the session.
What language will be used during the session?
During the induction, I use English, but you are free to answer in any dialect or vernacular you are comfortable with. You can answer in English, Tagalog, Taglish even Bisaya. Whatever is most convenient for you.
I have had some requests from some to speak in Tagalog which is fine, if you prefer that let me know.
How long will it be before I get the session recording?
Approximately 1-2 days. I need to first convert the file to mp3 so I can upload it on Dropbox and then send the link to you. This is a private link and no one can access it other than you. You will then have a chance to listen to it or download it so you can keep it forever.
How many sessions do I need to have to achieve my goals?
For most people, a single session is enough to address spiritual, emotional and physical issues. If however after some time you feel like coming for another session, that is ok. But it is advisable to wait at least 3 weeks before doing another one. A QHHT session with me typically lasts between 2-4 hours. In certain cases, it may be longer so please make sure you allot enough time so that you are not rushing to go somewhere afterwards.
Do I need to wear anything in particular during the session?
It is advisable to wear loose fitting comfortable clothes to help you relax easily when you lie down. White or light colored clothing are preferable. Anything that is too tight or restrictive should be avoided. You may bring extra clothes if you feel like changing afterwards.
Why am I discouraged to drink coffee on the day of the session?
Coffee is grasping. What this means is you will find it harder to reach higher dimensions when you drink strong coffee. If you really must take coffee, please choose decaf instead. Also, some people find it easier to visualize when they don't drink coffee. Coffee is a stimulant and we want you to be as relaxed as possible.
Will you be touching me or putting anything on me?
I generally don't touch clients, but depending on what my inner guidance and intuition guides me to do, I may touch you or put crystals on top of your energy centers such as your heart and solar plexus if I feel that it will benefit you. If you do not wish to be touched nor have crystals on you, then please let me know.
Are there any other articles I can read to help me prepare for my first session?
It is important to begin to intend, from the very moment you have decided to schedule an appointment, to have clear and direct communication with that part of you that is able to provide healing and information. Let’s call that part of you, your Higher Self.
“I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.” Note the tense of this sentence. It’s not “I will have”, it’s “I have.” You can then repeat this intention either silently or out loud throughout your day and most importantly, right before you go to sleep at night. Put a “post it note” on your bathroom mirror to remind you and you can focus upon your intention as you brush your teeth and prepare for bed.
